Responsible gambling

Our commitment

Gambling should be an exciting and enjoyable form of entertainment for all of our customers, and we are therefore committed to providing you with the right tools to help you manage your play.

One bet too many?

Here at Ukatu Casino we want our players to have fun, so we encourage you to gamble safely at all times. Gambling should be enjoyable and borrowing money to play, spending more than you can afford or using money set aside for other purposes is unwise and can lead to significant problems for yourself and others around you.

We can help you set limits!

Research has shown that when players make a decision on how much money they have available before they start playing, signs of problem gambling are greatly reduced.

To assist you with making this decision, you can set daily, weekly or monthly limits to help you control your spending. To set these limits, please  contact our Customer Support Team

Self Exclusion

If you feel that you need a longer period than 30 days we can offer you Self-Exclusion. This can be used, if you think you have a problem with gambling and want help to stop. It allows you to block your gaming account for at least 6 months or longer. To set a self-exclusion, login to your account and go to our dedicated “Exclusions” page.

We also offer the option to permanently exclude from Admiral Casino and/or delete your account. To use either of these options, please contact our dedicated Customer Support Team on 0800 00 26 278, who will be happy to help.

If you are participating in any form of self-exclusion, you may wish to register with GAMSTOP. GAMSTOP is a free service that is operated by The National Self-Exclusion Scheme Ltd. This service enables you to self-exclude from a majority of online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. Click here to find out more or to sign up with GAMSTOP.

Additionally, BetBlocker.org is a UK registered charity who offers a free app which can prevent your device from accessing gambling websites. This restriction can be set from 24 hours to 5 years and works across more than 12,500 gambling related websites worldwide.

The BetBlocker app is available on Android, iOS, Windows, Apple Mac, Linux and Fire OS.
